1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Renoir AI platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Account Registration
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
3. Credits & Billing
Renoir AI operates on a credit-based system. Credits are prepaid and used to generate AI content. Credit prices and packages are displayed on our pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided only as required by applicable law. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise stated in your plan.
4. Content Ownership & License
You retain ownership of your original prompts and input content. For AI-generated outputs, you are granted a broad license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute the generated content for personal and commercial purposes. Renoir AI retains the right to use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our services. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws.
5. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated content is produced by third-party AI models and may not always be accurate, unique, or suitable for your intended purpose. Renoir AI does not guarantee that generated content will be free from errors, biases, or unintended outputs. AI-generated content should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Renoir AI to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. Specifically, you must not generate content depicting child sexual abuse material (CSAM), create deepfakes or impersonate real individuals without consent, attempt to bypass safety filters or content moderation, use the service for spam, phishing, or malware distribution, or infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
7. Intellectual Property
The Renoir AI platform, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Renoir AI. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without prior written consent.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. We are not responsible for any third-party AI model behavior, availability, or output quality.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renoir AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
